How do I add an additional driver?
Additional Drivers can be added at the rental counter and must be present with the Primary Renter, and must qualify with a valid driver’s license in their own name. There may be charges for additional drivers, unless other contractual conditions apply.

Is there a penalty to cancel my reservation?
Some rates and vehicle types reserved require a guarantee and may have a cancellation penalty associated with the reservation.
Flexible Pay Later rates do not inccur a fee when cancelling. Pre-paid rates may inccur a fee as below:
- Cancel within 24 hours of reservation – No Fee
- Cancel more than 24 hours before scheduled pickup – $100
- Cancel less than 24 hours before scheduled pickup – $200
- No-Show – Total Prepaid Amount
